The hotel had a charming and elegant decor that made me feel like I was staying in a luxurious mansion. The common areas were beautifully furnished with antique furniture and exquisite artwork, creating a warm and inviting atmosphere. As a senior woman, I appreciated the easy accessibility throughout the hotel. The hallways were wide enough for me to comfortably navigate with my walker, and there were elevators available for my convenience. It was a delight to be able to move around freely and independently without any barriers or obstacles.
I would have liked to see the children working there being more attentive and proactive in assisting senior guests like myself. A little more help and guidance from the staff would have made my vacation even more enjoyable.

The owners were incredibly friendly, helpful, and hospitable, going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped apartment with its amazing roof terrace exceeded our expectations. Its location in the charming and tranquil Jewish Quarter was perfect for exploring the city on foot. The history of the family and their free-diving records added a unique touch to the apartment. The ability to shop at the morning market and enjoy meals on the roof terrace was a delightful experience. Patrizia and Gemma were readily available to answer any questions. an outstanding stay with top-notch amenities and excellent customer service.

We got great value for our money at Casa Maiorca. The room was spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with a stunning rooftop terrace. The location was convenient, and the staff, especially Patrizia & Antonio, were warm, helpful, and thoughtful.
The food for breakfast could be improved with more variety.

Loved the city views and the terrace at Casa Maiorca. Also enjoyed borrowing one of their free bicycles and exploring the area. The property had a cool executive lounge and a TV with all the channels I could ask for.
It was such a bummer that there wasn't a bowling alley in the hotel. How am I supposed to have a posh vacation without one?

I absolutely adored the elegant decor of Casa Maiorca. The subtle theme of the sea brought a refreshing and calming atmosphere to the entire flat. As a senior woman, I found the spacious and airy living areas to be very comfortable and accommodating. the location of the hotel in the historic center of Ortigia was perfect for exploring and enjoying the charming surroundings. With the lovely sea views from some rooms and the delightful roof terrace, Casa Maiorca truly made me feel at home during my stay.
I would have appreciated if the staff had provided handrails or additional support for senior guests when navigating the two long flights of stairs up to the top floor.

We had such a blast exploring the old town of Syracuse and chilling at the beach. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the action with tons of cool restaurants and shops nearby. And the apartment itself was dope! It had all the space we needed and the rooftop terrace was straight fire! We grilled, we played music, we had the sickest vibes. It was seriously the coolest hangout spot ever.
But yo, if there was one thing we wished for, it's a sick party room! Don't get me wrong, the apartment was amazing, but imagine if they had a basement or something where we could just turn up and have a blast?
